love this product, BUT

I have been using Earth Glow Beauty Balm for a few years now. It has been at times hard to get, so I would just order way ahead of when I needed it. HOWEVER, I just recently received my order. It did take a while to get here but I got it. When it arrived I was shocked at the packaging. It was in a metal tin, not a problem but the product was like water! I had to put it in the refrigerator to congeal. When opening later, there was about 1/4 of the tin with product in it.
I looked on the website and it clearly states you changed the packaging. So I wasn't alarmed at that. I am disappointed in how the product arrived in that packaging. Maybe the metal tin heats up faster than the old glass container during the mailing process. Not a fan. Is there an alternative way to get? I do live in Ohio, but near cincinnati. Too far to send your products?

The switch to the metal tin was part of a larger effort to create consistency across my packaging and reduce waste. Tins are not only easier to recycle than glass jars with plastic lids, but they’re also more durable for travel and shipping. To ensure you’re still getting the same value, I’ve actually doubled the size of the container without increasing the price. The balm is now whipped, which incorporates air and gives it a lighter texture — but the total volume of butter remains the same (if not more).

That said, you’re absolutely right — butter can melt in transit during warmer months, and tins do conduct heat more quickly. In those cases, letting the product rest in a cool spot (or briefly refrigerating it) can help it return to its intended texture before opening.

Regarding availability, I’ve been gradually streamlining my product line to keep Earth Glow and other favorites more consistently in stock. As a full-time working mom, this business is my passion project that I manage around my job and my kids’ activities. So every order — and every piece of feedback — means a lot to me.

I have been a religious user of her previous Face Butter and now this Earth Glow Beauty Balm. The softness is wonderful and it seals in the moisture from the daily regimen. All is a game changer for aging skin and especially for me as a woman who rides a motorcycle. My skin could look leathery and definitely more wrinkles, but in my opinion The Rolling Bell (Kasi's) daily regimen that she suggests is the best! I love all her products!

This face butter is a wonderful moisturizer for my face. I use it after hyaluronic serum & face serum and it seals everything in. A little bit goes a long way, making this a great value!
